Dubai introduced 14 new branded residence schemes during the second half of 2023, bringing the total to 106.

The average price for branded residences in Dubai stands at 3,693 AED per square foot (approximately 1,000 USD).

Branded residences command a staggering 102% premium over non-branded counterparts in the same areas.

This half of 2023 saw 5,331 branded residences sold for a total of 27.5 billion AED, a 35% increase in transactions over the same period in 2022. These sales accounted for 7.8% of all Dubai real estate transactions.

Off-plan branded residences sold at a 3% premium over ready properties comprising 76% of all branded residence sales.

Marsa Al Arab by Jumeirah Group leads with the highest premium, priced at 15,440 AED per square foot. Other notable developments include Bulgari Residences and Atlantis the Royal, with Bayview Tower by ADDRESS being the top performer in the second half.
