Bulgari Residences apartment sold for the highest price per square meter in Dubai
Located on Jumeirah Bay Island, the Bulgari branded simplex apartment sold for a swooping 72,557 AED (19,744 USD) per square meter.
The 242 square meters, 3 bedroom signature apartment in Bulgari Resort & Residences sold for a price of 17,600,000 AED ( $ 4,79 million), setting a record for the highest price per square meter in the development and the highest price per square meter for an apartment in Dubai’s secondary market since May 2016.
Morgan International Realty’s luxury property consultant Taz Graves who represented the seller in this transaction, commented, " Dubai's prime real estate segment is an attractive asset for global investors. The overall sentiment is positive. I'm confident that it won't be long before this record is broken again, looking forward to breaking more records in the near future."
