Analysts Note 

Declined prices helped Downtown to witness an increase in the number of sales transactions comparing with the same quarter last year and it helped stabilizing the total sales value , however what's worth mentioning that a star stole the  show where 38 sales out of 120 total units sold in Downtown were at Burj Vista Tower the recently finished development that witnessed a tremendous demand from investors and end users.

The numbers mentioned above are exculding land sales .
