#report: Dubai registered 20% increase in the number of real estate transactions during 2019
Dubai registered 20% increase in the number of real estate transactions during 2019 comparing with 2018 with total number of transactions of 41,988 transfers , it's the highest number of deals registered per annum since 2008.
November witnessed the highest number of property transfers with total number of 5,037 transfers followed by october with a total number of 4,774 propertires transfered.
