Analysts Note
We are witnessing an increase in demand for ultra luxury properties and that's proven here where the highest transaction recorded in Q1 2018 was for 3BR villa in Al Anbar valued at 6,000,000 AED while multiple transactions above the 6,000,000 AED figure were recorded in Q1 2019 that's all because of the increase in the population of HNWI & UHNWI (ultra high & high net worth individuals) in Dubai the city that offers ultra luxury properties and amenities at an affordable price comparing with other cosmopolitancities around the word.
